For disinfecting hard surfaces, they must remain wet for 3 minutes before air drying, while soft surfaces need to stay wet for 10 minutes before air drying. To control mold and mildew, apply to a pre-cleaned surface, leave wet for 3 minutes, and allow to air dry. Repeat this process weekly or when mold and mildew growth is present.
