For sanitizing, surfaces must remain wet for 10 seconds before air drying, while for disinfecting, hard surfaces must stay wet for 3 minutes and soft surfaces for 10 minutes before air drying.

To control mold and mildew, apply the spray on a pre-cleaned surface, let it remain wet for 3 minutes, and air dry. Repeat applications weekly or when mold and mildew growth appears.
